Our natural teethers are the perfect answer to concerns over toxic chemicals and finishes. Sold in a pair these maple teethers measure about 3 1/2" in diameter and 3/4" wide and are only available unfinished. Each is rounded and sanded smooth to the touch and to the mouth and gums. Large enough for baby to get their hands and arms around but small enough to be comfortable in the mouth.

Utilizing a byproduct of the cheese-making process, this was developed by the University of Vermont and now produced by Vermont Natural Coatings of Hardwick, VT. We use this finish on our oval rattle ends and an increasing number of other rattle parts.
